TEDP Training | VA

DSHI offers all VA call center staff access to web-based training every month. On this page you will find the latest available classes. Sign up early because these classes are popular and available on a first come first serve basis.

Please be sure to register using your VA approved email address.  If you try to register using any other email you will receive the following error message: “Oops. It looks like you do not have access to this event.”

Before submitting the registration please be sure all information has been entered correctly such as supervisor email address, listing facility and site (please do not use a station number).

NOTE: When registering or viewing a webinar YOU MUST use either Chrome or Edge as your web browser. Internet explorer is no longer supported and will not work. If you have any issues please contact your local IT department for assistance
