DSHI offers all VA call center staff access to web-based training every month. On this page you will find the latest available classes. Sign up early because these classes are popular and available on a first come first serve basis.

Please be sure to register using your VA approved email address.  Before submitting the registration please be sure all information has been entered correctly such as supervisor email address, listing facility and site (please do not use a station number).
